Q - What is your return policy?

A - 1) 90 days from original purchase with original receipt.

      2) Shoes & boots must be UNWORN, clean and in the original box.

      3) Clothing must be UNWORN, clean and must have not been washed.

      4) Clothing that smells like cigarettes or other unpleasant odors cannot be returned.

      5) Warranty issues will be determined by the manufacturer and any credit will be store credit.


Q - Is there an additional charge for me to order a shoe from you?

A - Yes. The additional charge usually ranges from $5.00 to $12.00 depending on what the vendor charges us. There is a small order fee for most vendors to pull and ship one shoe or boot. We can tell you upfront what that fee will be.


Q - Do you accept credit cards?

A - Yes, we accept all major credit cards. Please note that we do REQUIRE your ID to use a credit card.


Q - Can I give you my credit card or debit card number over the telephone to order a shoe or boot?

A - No, unfortunately we do not take credit or debit card payments over the telephone.


Q - Is there an additional charge for me to place an order for scrubs?

A - No, there is no additional charge to place a special order for scrubs.


Q - Will I need to pay for the shoes, boots or scrubs upfront before they can be ordered?

A - Yes, payment is expected in advance for the order is placed.


Q - What if I order a pair of shoes or boots and then decide not to keep them? Will I get all of my money back?

A - If the shoe or boot is a style that we carry on our shelves, you will get all of your money back except for the  small order fee. If you ordered a shoe or boot that we do not normally stock, you will forfeit your small order fee plus an additional $10.00 for the shoe or boot to be returned to the vendor.


Q - I am with a company that participates in your payroll deduction program. Do I have to have my badge every time I shop with you and use payroll deduction?  

A - Yes, you will need your badge every time you shop.


Q - Who should I contact about opening an account for our company?

A - Please contact Laura Taylor at 704-833-8066.


Q - Do you keep backstock on your warehouse?

A - Unfortunately, we do not. The store is our warehouse.


Q - How long will it take for my order to get here?

A - Be prepared to allow 10 - 14 business days for your order to arrive. If your item is on back order, you will be notified and given the opportunity to wait on it, choose something else or get a refund.


Q - How will I know when my order has arrived at the store?

A - We will call you once your order arrives. It is important that you give us a number that you can be contacted at.


Q - Are you open on holidays?

A - We are closed for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.


Q - Do you have layaway?

A - Unfortunately, we do not offer layaway. We will hold an item for you for up to 2 weeks.


Q - Do you stretch shoes?

A - Yes, we can stretch your shoes or boots. If you purchased them here at Morgan's Shoes & Bootery, we will stretch them free of charge. There is a service fee to have boots/shoes stretched that were not purchased here. 


Q - Do you have a restroom?

A - Why yes, we do! They are the cleanest restrooms in Gaston County. They are located at the back of our store.


Q - Do you do shoe repair?

A - Unfortunately, we do not do shoe repair.


Q - Do you carry dance shoes and clothing?

A - No, we do not carry dance shoes or clothing.
